 Disclaimer: These services are advisory in nature and do not guarantee or assure any specific outcomes. They should not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

3. User Responsibilities

By using JyotishGram, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal information for consultations.
  • Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform.
  • Respect our astrologers, staff, and community.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

  • All consultations and services are prepaid.
  • Fees are clearly mentioned before booking.
  • Refunds are not applicable once a consultation has been provided or a report has been delivered.
  • Exceptions may be considered in cases of technical error or double payment, at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, videos, and software on JyotishGram, is our property and protected under Indian copyright law. Reproducing or copying any material without permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

JyotishGram is not at all liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from:

  • Reliance on astrological predictions.
  • Missed opportunities or emotional outcomes.
  • Use of services during periods of system downtime or technical error.

Use of our platform is at your sole discretion and risk.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Cancellation and Refund Policy – JyotishGram

At JyotishGram, we aim to deliver authentic astrology services and quality spiritual products with transparency and care. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are permitted. By purchasing our services or products, you agree to the terms below.

1. Astrology Reports & Services

1.1 Personalized Reports & Consultations

  • Once an order for any astrology report, horoscope analysis, or personalized consultation has entered the processing stage (i.e., assigned to an astrologer), no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Users are advised to carefully review service details and provide accurate birth data (date, time, and place of birth) before submission.

1.2 Cancellations Before Processing

  • If you wish to cancel an order before it is assigned to an astrologer, you must contact our customer support team within 1 hour of payment.

  • Cancellation requests made after this period may not be accepted.

  • Approval of such cancellations and refunds remains at the sole discretion of JyotishGram.

1.3 Incorrect or Incomplete Information

  • No refunds will be granted if incorrect or incomplete details (e.g., wrong birth date, wrong time, spelling errors in names, etc.) are provided by the user.

  • Users must double-check the data entered before submitting an order.

  • Corrections may be accepted if reported to our support team within 1 hour of placing the order, provided the astrologer has not already begun work.

1.4 Expectations & Predictions

  • Astrology is a field of guidance and interpretation. Outcomes may vary depending on multiple factors.

  • Refunds will not be issued if predictions, remedies, or guidance do not match user expectations.

2. Technical Issues

2.1 Delays in Delivery

  • Timelines given for reports or consultations are approximate. While JyotishGram endeavors to meet them, minor delays may occur due to technical or scheduling issues. Such delays do not qualify for refunds.

2.2 Duplicate Payments

  • If a customer is charged more than once for the same service due to a technical error, the extra payment will be refunded in full without deductions.

3. Astrology Products (Gemstones, Rudraksha, Yantras, etc.)

3.1 Damaged Products

  • Refunds will not be processed for any product that is damaged after delivery. Customers are responsible for handling and safekeeping of products once received.

3.2 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders that are refused or returned, the cost of the product along with applicable shipping/custom/courier charges will still be applicable.

3.3 Transit Damages or Delivery Failures

  • If a product is damaged during transit or cannot be delivered due to JyotishGram’s fault, a replacement or refund may be considered.

3.4 Product Images & Variations

  • Product images on the website are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in size, color, or appearance. Refunds will not be granted on these grounds.

3.5 Spiritual Effectiveness

  • Gemstones, Rudraksha, Yantras, and other spiritual items are sold as per Vedic recommendations and traditions.

  • JyotishGram does not guarantee the spiritual or astrological effectiveness of such products, and refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with results.

4. Call with Astrologer

4.1 Missed Calls

  • No refunds will be provided if:

    • You fail to answer the call,

    • Provide an incorrect contact number, or

    • Your number is not reachable/under network coverage.

4.2 Successful Connection

  • Once the call connects successfully, the service is considered fully delivered, and no refund will apply.

5. General Refund Conditions

5.1 Deductions

  • All refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting:

    • Transaction charges,

    • Payment gateway fees,

    • Courier/shipping/customs charges (in case of products), and

    • Any other processing costs incurred by JyotishGram.

5.2 Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days. The amount may take additional time to reflect in the user’s bank account depending on the payment method and bank policies.

5.3 No Medical Substitutes

  • Astrology services, gemstones, and remedies are not substitutes for medical, psychological, or professional treatments. Dissatisfaction arising from perceived effectiveness will not be eligible for refunds.

6. Order Cancellations by JyotishGram

JyotishGram reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Service unavailability,

  • Errors in pricing or product/service information,

  • Technical or system-related issues.

If an order is cancelled by JyotishGram after payment, a full refund of the paid amount will be issued.
